That’s completely normal. Coaching isn’t about performing. If you’re quiet, we’ll use prompts, writing, or simple NLP techniques to access what’s underneath. Your pace is respected. Your silence is data—not a problem.

Yes. A 30 minute discovery call lets us see if we’re a good fit—no pressure, no sales pitch. You’ll leave with at least one clear insight, even if you don’t book.
What tools or methods do you use?
I use trauma-informed, clean-language NLP—meaning no manipulation, no scripting, no forced positivity. We work with your natural thinking style (yes, even ADHD & Dyslexia brain or OCD precision). Tools may include values mapping, timeline re-framing, belief audits, and accountability structures that actually work for your brain.Can I pause or cancel?
